Note: To enroll, log in using your Citrix email and password.
Use one of the below methods to set your account up to reset your password:
Set up with security questions and email verification
Click the Enrolment tab.
Scroll down to Security Questions & Answer then click Set up.
Select and answer the two security questions, then click Update.
Set up with Google Authenticator
Click on the Enrolment tab.
Scroll down to Set Up Backup Verification Methods and find the Google Authenticator box.
Click Set up then follow the on-screen instructions.
Once you have set up the authenticator, click Verify Code.
Set up with Microsoft Authenticator
Click on the Enrolment tab.
Scroll down to Set Up Backup Verification Methods and find the Microsoft Authenticator box.
Click Set up then follow the on-screen instructions.
Once you have set up the authenticator, click on Verify Code.
