Tip: If you are unsure if you're using the hosted.accesslegal.accessacloud URL, also known as Entra ID login, the link should look something like this - https://hosted.accesslegal.accessacloud.com/AAA_xxxxxxxx/ - (replace the X's with your company name).
If you are using the the Entra ID login to get into the DPS Hosted desktop you can reset your password by following the video or the steps below:
Go to your login link and input your email address, then click Next.
When prompted for your password, click on Forgot my password.
You will be prompted to enter a captcha. Do this then click Next.
You will then be asked for your MFA details. Depending on which method you have set up, this will look different.
Text Message or Call - You will be asked to enter the phone number you use for MFA. Once entered you will receive a code to your phone which you will need to input. Once authenticated you will be able to enter a new password.
Mobile app - You will be asked to authenticate using the code from the mobile app. Enter the code from the app and then you will be able to set a new password.
Note: Upon first login, you will need to enter your password again when opening Outlook. The login window may be hidden behind another window.
