This is not the same as resetting the Citrix password.
The DPS user Administrator within your firm will have the supervisor security profile to reset the DPS OneOffice password.

1. Log into DPSSQLConfig with the Supervisor username and password.
2. Click on Users and Groups & double click on the user name in the list.
3. In the Password box, type in the new password and click OK.

If you are still having issues, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
