Note: This can only be done by a DPS Supervisor.
Change Security Profile
This requires information from a manager or partner of the firm as to what reports will be needing to be accessed.
Go to the main location of DPS One Office for example, it can be F:\Applics\DPS\DPSSQLConfig.
Login to DPSSQLConfig.
Click on Users and Groups.
Click on Reports Security Profiles.
Choose the correct security profile from the Security Profile Name drop down (Normally Supervisor).
Tick what reports are needed to be accessed by that security profile.
Give the user the correct profile
Go to the main location of DPS One Office for example, it can be F:\Applics\DPS\DPSSQL Config.
Login to DPSSQLConfig.
Click on Users.
Click on the user in question.
Under Security Profile choose the correct Security Profile.
