Fee earner is missing from reports

The fee earner may have been set as a leaver, in the DPSSQLConfig.

  1. In the DPSSQLConfig, select Users.

  2. On the right side of the screen, select Show Leavers.

  3. Click on the user record and select the Main Details tab.

  4. Tick the Is Active box on the right side.

  5. Remove the tick from Is Blocked and remove the Blocked Date.

  6. Tick Is Fee Earner.

  7. Tick Is A DPS User.

  8. Click OK. at the bottom of the MAIN DETAILS screen, to update.

  9. Click on the Extended Details tab

  10. Check the box, Date Left the company. and remove the date .

  11. Click OK at the end of the Extended Details screen, to update.

  12. Exit DPS One Office and login again for the changes to take effect.
