In OneOffice, on the fee earner dashboard you'll find the My Matters screen, and Time Recorded is selected from the User tab/Time Recorded.
Both have a dropdown called Group. If the fee earner code is missing from these boxes, it means the fee earner needs to be added to their group, in the DPSSQLConfig as follows:

  1. Go to the DPSSQLConfig. On the left side, in the lower screen click on Users and Groups.

  2. Then on the left side upper screen, click on Users and Groups. The groups already set up are listed.

  3. Click on a group name to see who is each group.
Click on a group name and in the lower right side of the screen, drag and drop fee earner code from the lower screen, available users to the upper screen.
    Save.

  4. Exit DPSSQLConfig.

  5. Exit DPS One office and log in again. The fee earner code will display in the group selected under My Matters and Time Recorded.
