In Legal Aid the Delete button for time is greyed out

  1. In DPSSQLConfig, go to Users, Users and Groups.

  2. Open the user record and click on their Fee Earner tab.

  3. Tick the box 'Is a Crime Supervisor', at the lower left of the screen. Click OK.

  4. Log out of DPS FD and One Office and log back in again.

  5. In Case, open the matter, select Actions, Crime Case Class.

  6. Select the Time tab.

  7. The Time Investigation screen displays, click on the time entry line.

  8. The Delete button will be highlighted.
