It's likely, that the user is not set to have FD functions enabled on their DPS setup. Please follow the steps below, which should resolve the issue:
Note: A supervisor profile is required in order to complete the steps below.
From the DPSSQLConfig, click on the Advanced tab.
Click on Open DPSSETUP.INI in the navigation pane.
Scroll down to [Modules], under this section, there should be a row stating FD=0 if there is, change this to FD=1. If there is no reference to FD=0 then add a new row as FD=1.
Click File and Save.
Close then Re-open DPS and e-chit option should appear.
If you are still unable to see e-chits options, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
