In the CDS6 Billing screen, if when clicking on the Post Pending e-chits button you see this message, it's because a case user has deleted an item of time within the Case Class. Certain types of time (i.e Travel) create e-chits, and if they are deleted in the Case Class, the user must advise accounts, so that the respective e-chit can be deleted.

If you discover a 0.00 Disb in your post pending e-chit screen, do not attempt to Import/Post your CDS6. Instead, follow the steps below:
The e-chit posting screen will display the matter with a 0.00 e-chit, Click on this row, and the details of the e-chit will populate on the left-hand side of the screen,
Click Delete.
Click Yes.
Go to File, Matters and enter the Matter Ref, then click Search.
Select Actions then click on Crime Case Class.
Select the class being billed, then click Class Info.
Click Re-Open.
Click Save and Close.
From the DPS Home Screen go to Client Postings and click CDS6 Billing.
Select the CDS6 batch, then click Delete Selected CDS6.
Ask your CDS6 coordinator to re-run the CDS6 billing, from the LAA Bulk Upload matter. This will then pull through a new batch which will exclude the rogue matter, post the CDS6 Import. The matter with the 0.00 Disb, will need to be manually billed, and also a manual OTO transfer will need to be completed.

Following the above, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. We can then rename the additional SPOC file which has been created (So there is a log of which one went to LAA and which is the amended posted version).
