Any user with DPS Supervisor rights security profile can add and amend targets for Billing/Fees paid/Time Recording by following the steps below:
Open the DPSSQLConfig.
Select Users & Groups.
Select Users tab.
Double-click on a user to add/amend target.
Select the Fee Earner tab.
Add/Amend Default Rate and Monthly Targets.
Click OK.
