Note: You will need to have supervisor permissions in order to access the DPSSQLConfig.
Login to DPSSQLConfig and in the lower screen, click on Application.
Click on the Grades tab at the bottom of the screen.
Select the Application from the top of the screen, then using the arrow, select the grade associated with the application. Notice how the rates change with each grade selected.
Note the grade letter which has a Rate/Ph of £350 or £35.
Close the Application screen, say NO to "save changes?".
On the lower left screen, click Users and Groups.
Double click on user initials to open the user record,
At the top of the screen, click the tab, User DPS Applications.
In the Grade column beside the App code, change the grade letter to what was found in no: 4 above. Click OK at the end of the screen.
