Primary key not found email error

The error primary key not found! displays when the system can't find the DPS code within the subject line, if you have received an email from another firm that uses ALCM / DPS software then please follow the below steps:

Note: This can only be done by a supervisor.

  1. Login to DPSSQLconfig based in the root of DPS.

  2. Click on Advanced.

  3. Click on DPS settings.

  4. From the drop-down choose Advanced.

  5. Place a 1 next to NoEmailAgentSuppressEmailErrors.

If the error persists then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
