How to stop information going into the email subject line

If you're wanting to remove the information that is added onto the email subject line after the DPS code, then please follow the below steps:

Note: A supervisor profile is required to complete these steps.

  1. Login to the DPSSQLConfig.

  2. Click onto Application.

  3. Choose the application you want this change to be made to e.g. GP (General).

  4. On the Settings tab at the bottom, just above you will see Email subject with a number within it, Blank this out.

  5. Press Apply.

This will now not add information into the subject line but keeps the DPS code as this is needed for the email agent to process the emails into your case files.
