MLS (My Legal Space) crashing

If MLS is crashing when you press 'OK' then please follow the below steps:

  1. Close and reopen DPS OutlookOffice or DPS OneOffice.

  2. Try on a different Item.

  3. Try on a different matter.

  4. Sign out of Citrix and then sign back in again (Do not disconnect)


If the issue continues then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

Please answer and include the below information on the ticket:

  • Does it happen on other items?

  • Does it happen on other matters?

  • A screenshot of any errors that show up.

  • Is this happening on both DPS OutlookOffice and DPS OneOffice?

  • Is this happening to other users?

  • Has MLS worked previously?

  • When did MLS stop working?
