If MLS is crashing when you press 'OK' then please follow the below steps:
Close and reopen DPS OutlookOffice or DPS OneOffice.
Try on a different Item.
Try on a different matter.
Sign out of Citrix and then sign back in again (Do not disconnect)
If the issue continues then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
