If you don't have any sound within Citrix/DPS then please follow the below steps.
On the top of your screen, you'll see a white arrow with white dots either side, click on this.
Choose Home. This will take you out of Citrix without signing you out.
Make sure on the bottom right where your sound is that it hasn't got an X. If it does this means that the volume is muted.
If muted unmute.
Make sure the device chosen within the sound settings are correct by following the below:
Click on start.
Type settings.
Click onto sound.
Make sure the correct devices are chosen.
You can also go to sound options by following this way too:
Click on start.
Type control panel.
Choose hardware and sound.
Choose and check to make sure the devices aren't disabled or are showing.
If issue is still present restart your machine.
You may also find this can happen if you use headphones. Make sure if you have headphones to unplug and plug back in again and then try again.
