If you have a two-monitor setup and would like to know how to get it so it populates both of them, follow the steps below:
Windows:
From your local desktop, outside of your Citrix/DPS session, navigate to the Start button in the bottom left corner. From here click the gear icon (settings).
To get outside of your Citrix session, click on the black tab at the top of the screen and then click window.
In the Settings page, click on System and then on the left-hand pane, click on display.
You will see a graphic with two screens labeled 1 and 2. These correspond with your active screens. Click on Screen 1 and scroll down to Scale and Layout where you will see an option for resolution. Make sure the resolution is the same for all screens.
If prompted, click on Keep changes.
There will also be a heading to Change the size of text, apps, and other items. Make sure the number in this dropdown is 100% for all screens.
Once these changes have been made, go back into Citrix/DPS and move the window so that the black tab is in the center of both monitors.
Click the maximise button on the top right of the window (next to the X button).
Open Outlook and click File>Options>General.
Select "Optimize for Compatibility" option, click OK and restart Outlook
MAC:
Where your apple icon is at the top left, click on view.
Then click on use all displays in full screen, this will then automatically add citrix onto both monitors.
Your Citrix/DPS session should now be over both monitors.
