Your Citrix session must have full access to your network drives to run DPS programs and fully access your data.
When you log in to your Citrix session, you may be asked to grant read-write or read-only permissions to these server drives so you will need to give Full Read-Write access when asked. This will allow your F: drive, H: drive etc to be used,
β
You can check or change the permissions you have granted by following these steps:
Find the pulldown tab at the top of your Citrix window, it is a black tab with a Down arrow surrounded by dots.
Click on the Black Tab to show the selection and click on the Preferences option.
On the box that appears, select the HDX tab.
From the list of options, select full Read and Write permissions.
Tick the box at the bottom that says Remember my answer or Don't ask me again.
Click OK to save the settings change.
Restart your programs to test the process has worked. You may need to log out and in to Citrix again.
If you are still unable to access DPS OneOffice or OutlookOffice or DPS FD programs, please contact our support desk by raising a new case online and reference the title of this article..
