To re-open a matter with closed balances, go to the top left of the DPS OneOffice screen and select File, Matters.
Enter the matter reference and click Search, double click on the search result.
Click on the GDPR-Completion tab, click in the Close Matter box, this will remove the tick.
Click Save, re-open can also be done from the Matter tab.
To run a report of closed matters with balances, go to Reports, DPS Reports, Matters tab, Matter Balances, select Only Closed Matters,
Run Report.
