To download Citrix to your computer to allow you to connect to DPS, please follow the steps below:
Note: You will need to be logged in as an administrator to install this program and any prerequisites.
Use the relevant link below to visit the Citrix Workspace app download page

Click on the Download Citrix Workspace app for Windows/Mac/iPad, and follow the steps to install.
When you finish the installation process, Citrix will ask you to create an account. You don't need to do this, you just need to install Citrix. Click Finish if it asks to create a Citrix account.
Once installed, you will need to use Chrome, Edge or Safari browser to open up the normal webpage you use to login to Citrix, enter your login details as normal and connect.
Installing Teamtalk Plugin for Dictation
Note: This will only work on a Windows PC.
If you use Teamtalk as an author or a typist in order to access dictations, a few extra steps will need to be undertaken. These should be done before launching the desktop (i.e. after step 3 from the above). If you have already launched the desktop, please close this down before proceeding with the next steps.
Open up this link which should download the Philips Client Extension Setup file. Once the download is complete, run it to install it.
You will get a prompt once the file is run for administrator permissions. Click Yes on this.
Once that install is complete, go to this link to download and install the Philips Device Control Center.
The download on the link above will be called SpeechControl driver and configuration software.
