If you are getting the Appstart fail to load wave out device, this means that the Teamtalk software can not see any speakers or headphones on the computer. The Wave in device message similarly applies to dictation microphones and the resolution is the same. To resolve this, please try the following:
Log out of Citrix and unplug any of the speakers, headphones or dictation devices attached to the computer.
Wait approximately 10 seconds and then plug the devices back in.
Log back into Citrix and try to launch a dictation.
