If you receive this error could not send job because the job cannot be saved to database error then please follow the below steps.
Close all instances of DPS One Office, Outlook and Teamtalk then reopen TeamTalk and try again.
Sign out and sign back in.
Do a short test dictation and send the test dictation, If it doesn't display the error message then the other dictation is corrupted, If it still does it for the test dictation then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
