If you receive this error could not send job because the job cannot be saved to database error then please follow the below steps.
Close all instances of DPS One Office, Outlook and Teamtalk then reopen TeamTalk and try again.
Sign out and sign back in.
Do a short test dictation and send the test dictation, If it doesn't display the error message then the other dictation is corrupted, If it still does it for the test dictation then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
