If you are receiving the above error and are using the hosted desktop with us, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
If you are not hosted by us, please follow the steps below on your system.
Note: Make sure all instances of Outlook and DPS are closed before following the steps below. If the affected user is on a server with others who are also using DPS, all other users will need to be fully logged out.
On the user's system:
Open the root of DPS.
Right-click and run vcredist_x86.exe as administrator.
Then run dpssetup.exe again
