Apply Team talk license

If your Teamtalk license has expired you will need a renewal key to apply to your system. To request a renewal key, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.


Hosted Clients

If you are requesting a renewal key on behalf of a hosted client then this renewal key will be applied for you by one of our technicians.


Non-hosted Clients

If you are requesting the renewal key on behalf of a non-hosted client, we will send you the renewal key once it has been received. To apply the key, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the DPS installation drive, usually the F Drive but may be different depending on your setup.

  2. Find the Team talk folder that is found in the root of the drive.

  3. Run Team talk application. It'll be called either Teamtalk3 or Teamtalk4.

  4. Login using your admin credentials

  5. Navigate to Help > About Teamtalk > Update License.

  6. Enter new license key and click on OK.
