If you're experiencing an error that says One or more rows could not be saved due to an unexpected error: Concurrency violation: the UpdateCommand affected 0 of the expected 1 records. Then please follow the below steps:
Sign out of citrix and sign back in (Do not disconnect).
Remove any pending time records from the time window and re-add them.
Make sure that there are no random symbols within the information of the time record you're doing such as , - _ / etc.
