Doing a nominal to office transfer posting will not affect your Bank Recs.
You should date the transfer posting the day you actual do it. When you do the posting leave the tick for bills ticked. Once you do the posting you will be able to allocate the payments and the ledger will be cleared.

Date the transfer posting date the day you actual do it.
When you do the posting leave the ticked for bills ticked as the disbursement has been billed.
Once you do the posting you will be able to allocate the payments.
This will clear the Ledger.
