There isn't a report that shows all reversals made on their own. However you can run a report and export the results to Excel, then sort by reversals. Please see the steps below using an example report, Nominal movement report:
From the DPS Home screen, select Reports.
Select DPS Reports.
Select the Nominal tab.
Select Nominal Movement.
Run Report using a selected criteria.
Select File and Export to Excel (Raw Data).
Sort by Column 'I' which has the heading NOM_Details.
Scroll down to items where details begin with [Rev].
