Journaling to Control accounts

Access/DPS restrict the posting to control nominals, as direct postings to them can create imbalances on your accounts.

In some cases, where it is discovered that there are imbalances in the controls, or your accountants have requested that postings need to be made to them, then journals will need to be performed to enable them to be corrected/balanced.
