This warning means that the Year End has already been run for the financial Year End that has just passed. It is not possible to run a year-end twice for any given financial Year.
If you have back-posted into the previous year, and need to re-run reporting, then follow the steps below which will in effect make it look as if those postings were posted in the previous year.
From the DPS FD home screen select Tools.
Select Rebuild Nominal Balances.
Select Rebuild Last Year Retained Profit.
Select Rebuild Balances.
You may also need to Rebuild Matter Balances and/or Rebuild Supplier Supplier which can also be found under Tools. This is dependent on the types of back posting you have made.
