Access Legal OneOffice: 16.2.1.3 includes an enhancement to our Infotrack integration
A new utility has been implemented to address historical orders that were not correctly acknowledged with InfoTrack. This feature adds a button to the 'Search Orders' screen, visible only when InfoTrack integration is enabled, which triggers a process to acknowledge all completed orders with InfoTrack. The utility ensures that historical orders will no longer appear in the 'uncollected orders' list, streamlining the order management process.
The new update for DPS One Office brings multiple bug fixes and updates.
Coming next: Access Legal OneOffice 16.2.2.0
Our next release v.16.2.2.0 is due to be release at the beginning of July and it will contain enhancements to the Alternative Preview Pane. In version 16.1.1.0, we introduced the Alternative DevExpress Preview Pane to address limitations in the legacy (now deprecated) previewer. Since its launch, we have actively gathered and incorporated user feedback to enhance functionality, improve layout consistency, and close feature gaps between the old and new preview panes. These updates aim to improve the overall user experience and reduce support-related issues. As we continue to enhance the alternative previewer, we are preparing to fully deprecate and disable the original previewer in a future release.
In addition, the Conveyancing workflow has been updated to include calculations of Land Transaction Tax (LTT) for Welsh residential conveyancing transactions.
