<b>LAA Fee Code Implementation Retired Codes</b>

This release delivers compliance updates for the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) SaBC (Submit a Bulk Claim) billing service by removing retired stage reached codes from provider-facing workflows in OneOffice. These codes will be hidden in the UI and excluded from exports, reducing the risk of claim rejections and billing errors. These changes enhance customer experience, giving providers simpler fee selection and faster claim processing while reducing support overhead for internal teams.

We have also fixed a number of bugs within OneOffice, the details of which can be found below: 

<b>Variable Monthly Fee Earner Targets</b>

We have enhanced the Fee Earner configuration in the DPSConfig to provide greater flexibility in setting billing targets. You can now set different monthly billing targets for each fee earner throughout the financial year, replacing the previous single monthly target.
