OneOffice
Public Law and Community Care
This release enhances the OneOffice platform by providing critical support for Public Law and Community Care legal aid work. It extends the Civil Legal Aid billing functionality in OneOffice to include Public Law and Community Care, delivering accurate billing and case management capabilities for Legal Help Lower and Certificated matters in these categories. This enables legal aid practitioners to record time, manage cases, and bill the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) within a single system.
The release focuses on updated Legal Help rates, accurate billing reporting, and the inclusion of the correct Certificated work classes for compliance with LAA standards. It is designed for fee earners, billing administrators, and practice managers who need reliable, efficient handling of Public Law and Community Care legal aid cases without relying on separate or manual processes.

How this version will be released
This update should be downloaded by your trained DPS Supervisor\Developer who can apply it to your system. The update will be made available on our Customer Portal.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are a hosted client this will automatically be applied to your system by one of our technicians, if you are a non-hosted client and have an SLA, we will be in touch to arrange an update at a convenient time.

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to be running a minimum of SQL Server 2017 for the database update and software to work correctly.
