⚠️ Important: You must have a DPS Supervisor account to make this change in DPSSQL Config.
Resolve the InfoTrack 'Unauthorized' Error
Open DPSSQLConfig using a DPS Supervisor account.
In the top-left pane, click Web Accounts, then select Online Searches.
Open the Provider Name dropdown, then select InfoTrack.
Review the table shown at the bottom of the window, then check that the user credentials have been entered correctly.
Update the credentials if required, then click Save.
📌 Note: Use these steps when the user receives the message there was a problem creating your order followed by Error: Unauthorized.
