Required information
The following fields are compulsory for submission to Review Solicitors.
Tip: To find these, within the matter select File History and then click Client:
First Name
Last Name
Email.
You may also wish to complete the following fields to support your submission:
Post Code (located on the Client set-up screen).
Matter Ref, Department and Fee Earner (located in the Matter).
Submitting to Review Solicitors
Once a matter has concluded and all checks have been made, you're ready to close the matter and send it to Review Solicitors:
Enter the Matter Set up screen, and click the Completion tab.
Tick the Close Matter tick box and click Save.
The DPS Agent searches for any matters that are closed and submits the details listed above to Review Solicitors. The information is sent to Review Solicitors for them to contact your client to review the handling of your matter.
Check what's been uploaded
To check what's been uploaded to Review Solicitors, you will need to go to User:
From the top menu, select User and then click Matter Upload Log.
You'll be able to see the following information:
The most recent matters sent to Review Solicitors.
The information that has been sent to Review Solicitors regarding the matter.
To view submissions going back to when you started using the integration, use the From & To date ranges and then click Refresh.
Once you've finished with the screen, click Close.
