Whitelisting emails

Please raise a support ticket and reference the title of this article, ensure that the following are included in the email:

  • Sender's full email address.

  • Any anticipated emails that may have been caught in the spam filter.

We can then have this actioned once the information has been received.


Blacklisting emails

Please raise a support ticket and reference the title of this article, ensure that the following are included in the email:

  • Sender's full email address.

  • Let us know if you wish to have the email address blocked or the domain (any emails from the company after the @ in the email address).

You can also right-click the email that you have received and click Junk then Block sender.
