Blacklisting emails
Please raise a support ticket and reference the title of this article, ensure that the following are included in the email:
Sender's full email address.
Let us know if you wish to have the email address blocked or the domain (any emails from the company after the @ in the email address).
You can also right-click the email that you have received and click Junk then Block sender.
