Profit Cost Months report gives different results when selecting different Fee Earner Selections

The report can be different when running by the different criteria selections.

This can happen if Fee Earner ‘AAA’ records WIP, but then the time is assigned to Fee Earner ‘BBB’ on the bill.

In this case Fee Earner AAA would appear with a value when running the report using Fee Earner That Recorded The Time, but then they would be excluded if running the report using criteria selection Fee Earner On The Bill.
