To run a Statement on all outstanding bills for a client you can do so in 2 places.
Credit Control Module
From the DPS home screen, select Admin.
Select Credit Control.
Select Run Date.
Select ALL from the Only Show drop-down box.
Select By Client.
Enter Client Ref.
Click Identify.
Click Process.
DPS Reports
From the DPS home screen, select Reports.
Select DPS Reports.
Select Clients tab.
Double-click Client Statement.
Complete criteria screen, then click Run Report.
