Unable to run Client Statement in Credit Control Module

To run a Statement on all outstanding bills for a client you can do so in 2 places.

Credit Control Module

  1. From the DPS home screen, select Admin.

  2. Select Credit Control.

  3. Select Run Date.

  4. Select ALL from the Only Show drop-down box.

  5. Select By Client.

  6. Enter Client Ref.

  7. Click Identify.

  8. Click Process.


DPS Reports

  1. From the DPS home screen, select Reports.

  2. Select DPS Reports.

  3. Select Clients tab.

  4. Double-click Client Statement.

  5. Complete criteria screen, then click Run Report.
