Client name not appearing on bill print

Please check if the Letter Title is set in the Client Set up screen. To do this please follow the steps below:

  1. From the DPS Home screen, select File.

  2. Select Clients.

  3. Enter Client ref into the Reference field.

  4. Click Search.

  5. Double-click on the client row.

  6. Enter name into client Letter Title.

  7. Click Save.

  8. Revert to the billing screen and click Print Preview, the client name should appear.
