If you're wanting the Crime Case Class option to show in the actions drop down then please follow the below steps:
Note: This must be a CR (Crime) application matter.
Open the matter.
Go to the workflow.
Click on the File label.
Tick Is CDS file?
Press ok then close the matter and reopen the matter.
This will then show the option within the actions drop-down.
