If you're wanting to add or remove a selection from the drop down menu on the role on file selection then please follow the below steps:
Note: A supervisor profile is required in order to do this.
Go to DPSSQLConfig and go to contacts on the bottom left, then you will see the contact type tab.
Click add and then add a type, category, description and link type.
Then click on the applications tab, this is still within the contacts area.
Click on the application that your contact has been put in and then from the right hand side where it says other contact type available, drag the item up to the top section where it says contact types on app.
Press ok.
You will now find that your new entry will be within the role on case section drop down.
