Drag and Drop Multiple Attachments
We have listened to your feedback and improved the drag-and-drop experience for multiple attachments.
What changed previously: In v16.2.1.3, when profiling multiple attachments at once, the Note for Diary field was locked and automatically filled from each source item. This meant you couldn’t apply the same note across all attachments in one action.
What’s new now: You can once again customise the Note for Diary field when profiling multiple attachments together. This allows you to apply a single note to all items, saving significant time when handling large volumes of attachments.
This update restores the flexibility you asked for, while keeping the improvements we made to ensure consistent profiling.
Access Identity
Users with a valid Access Identity account can now seamlessly log in to Access Legal OneOffice using Access Identity. Comprehensive details and guidance on leveraging this functionality will be provided shortly.
Functionality Change – Bill Addressee
In version 16.2.2.1 we made a change to how the bill addressee populates the letter title on a bill template when client is Private, however, following feedback from customers we have reversed this change, and will reinstate this change in a future release following further consultation.
Security Update
We have released important security improvements to One Office and Financial Director, including an updated RestSharp library to address CVE-2021-27293 and enhanced SQL query handling to strengthen database security. These updates improve the overall security of your system and no action is required on your part.
We have also fixed a number of bugs within OneOffice, the details of which can be found below:
