OneOffice

Civil Legal Aid Billing – Section 25

The Civil Legal Aid Billing module now includes a option for Section 25 cases under the "Other Public" category. This is in addition to the current Hourly Rates option, ensuring consistency in billing for Family Legal Aid users.

PROH Fee Code changes

The PROH Fee Code implementation has been introduced to support new LAA fee code requirements for Crime lower work. This update introduces PROH1 and PROH2 Fee Codes with different hourly rates for representation orders dated on or after 22 December 2025, ensuring correct assignment and reporting of Fee Codes on CDS6 submissions while maintaining PROH as the Stage Reached code.

Criminal Legal Aid (Remuneration) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 — LGFS Fee Update

The OneOffice Crime Billing Module has been updated to implement the new LGFS rates introduced by the Criminal Legal Aid (Remuneration) (Amendment) Regulations 2026. This update ensures correct LGFS rates are applied for representation orders dated on or after 3 March 2026, including the implementation of the 65:75:100 guilty plea:cracked trial:trial basic fee ratio and other specified fee adjustments.

IHT Forms Update

The Probate Module has been updated with the latest HMRC Inheritance Tax form templates (IHT400, IHT401, IHT401a, IHT417, and IHT418). This update ensures compliance with HMRC requirements effective from 6 April 2025, automatically populating the date of death question on IHT400 and maintaining all existing field mappings without requiring manual form updates.
