We want to remind you that the login URL for the MyAccess Support Portal (previously known as the Customer Success Portal) has recently been updated.

If you have the old link saved as a bookmark, you will now be directed to an error page when trying to access your account.

Updating your bookmark will ensure you can continue to raise and manage support tickets, access resources, and find all your Access-related information without interruption.

If you experience any issues accessing the portal after updating your bookmark, please contact our support team.

We’re enhancing the way you access support for Legal OneOffice. Soon, all support requests will be submitted through our new My Access Portal, offering a faster and more streamlined experience.
