Authorise a Third Party to Contact Support
Complete the letter of authority form.
Open the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant, then ask a question and type Speak to a human to be connected directly to the Support team.
Add the completed letter of authority form to the support case.
Remove a Third Party's Access
Tell Support if your third-party access requirements change.
Give at least five days' notice before you want access to the third party withdrawn.
