Allow Third-Party IT to Log Support Cases

⚠️ Important: If your third-party access requirements change, you must tell us at least five days before you want the third party's access removed.


Authorise a Third Party to Contact Support

  1. Complete the letter of authority form.

  2. Open the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant, then ask a question and type Speak to a human to be connected directly to the Support team.

  3. Add the completed letter of authority form to the support case.


Remove a Third Party's Access

  1. Tell Support if your third-party access requirements change.

  2. Give at least five days' notice before you want access to the third party withdrawn.
