If you're finding that Outlook won't open when you click on it then please follow the steps below:
Close Outlook
At the bottom right click on the black taskbar.
Click on Task Manager.
Find and click on Outlook (it may be called Outlook.exe).
Click on End Task.
Sign out and back in
Click on the Windows Start button.
Click on your name.
Click Sign out.
Sign back in and try to open Outlook once more.
