How do add emails to iPhone
Open App Store and find Microsoft Outlook
Click on Get and begin the download
Go to your home screen and open the newly downloaded Outlook application
Click on Add Email Account
Enter your work email address and click on Add Account
This will bring you to another login screen, please enter your email address and password and click on Next
This will then add the email into outlook and the Calendars for your account will also update within outlook.
How to add emails to Android
Go to the Play Store, Type Outlook
Download the Microsoft Outlook app
This will show up on your Home screen and within your Application library
Click on Add email account
Enter your Work email address and click on Continue
This will take you to a different screen, enter your work password then click sign in.
Your account will then be added to the app, this is the same for your calendars and contact list from your work email.
