One Office not loading in Outlook

If you're having an issue with One Office not loading up within Outlook, and it's not showing on the left-hand side for a new user. then please follow the steps below:

  1. Within Outlook, click on File and then Options on the bottom left hand corner.

  2. In the new window that opens, click on Add-ins on the left hand side.

  3. At the bottom next to Manage... ensure that COM Add-ins is selected. Then click Go.

  4. You should see an add-in called DPSOutlookOffice (or something similar). Ensure this is enabled.

  5. Click Ok then close and reopen Outlook.

If you do not see the add-in in COM Add-ins follow step 3 and check under Disabled items and ensure the add-in isn't in here. If it is, select the add-in and then click Enable.
