If you are receiving this error when opening letters within Oneoffice, you can do the following steps that may help resolve the issue:
Click Start on the bottom left hand corner of your screen.
Open up Word by either clicking on the icon or by typing it in and then clicking on it when it appears.
Within Word, click on File and then Options. This should be at the bottom left once you have clicked File.
On the window that opens, click on Add-ins.
At the bottom of the Add-ins screen you will see a dropdown that says Manage COM Add-ins. Click on this and select Word Add-ins. Then click Go.
A window will appear. There will be an option for DoPageSetup. Tick this box and then click on Ok.
Close any instances of Word.
