DPS Addin not showing

Check the DPS Add-In in Outlook

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook.

  2. Click File in the top-left corner.

  3. Click Options.

  4. In the left-hand pane, click Add-ins.

  5. At the bottom of the window, next to Manage, select COM Add-ins from the drop-down list.

  6. Click Go.

  7. In the list of COM Add-ins, make sure the DPS add-in is ticked and enabled.

If the add-in is listed and ticked, click OK, then close and reopen Outlook (see section below).

If you do not see the DPS add-in in the COM Add-ins list:

  1. Click Cancel to return to the Add-ins window.

  2. At the bottom next to Manage, select Disabled Items from the drop-down list.

  3. Click Go.

If the DPS add-in still does not appear here, please raise a support ticket and reference the title of this article so the Support Team can investigate.


Restart Outlook

  1. Close Outlook completely.

  2. Reopen Outlook.

Check whether the DPS add-in is now visible and available.


Still Not Showing?

If the DPS add-in is still not available after:

  • Checking COM Add-ins,

  • Checking Disabled Items, and

  • Closing and reopening Outlook,

please raise a support ticket and reference the title of this article so the Support Team can assist you further.
