If you have received a Word document from a 3rd party that is password protected then please speak to the 3rd party that sent you over the Word document as they may be able to supply you with the password or send you another version that is not password protected.
Unfortunately, there is no other way of removing the password protection on the Word document.
If you’re still having issues then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
