Macro Security error

If you are receiving a security notice when opening up a template from within One Office which states that macros have been blocked, please follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure all instances of Word are closed before opening a template.

  2. Right-click on the Start button and select Task Manager.

    • Click on More details if you see the option. If you see Fewer details instead you can ignore this step.

  3. Under Background processes scroll down to see if Microsoft Word appears. If it does. select it and click on End task.

Alternatively, logging out and back will also achieve the same result.

If the issue persists after this has been done, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
